Booney, social medicine like in the UK and Canada probably costs more...it just that the bill is distributed among the taxpayers...

I'd like my medical insurance to audit the charges I get on my medical bill here in the states just to see how much the hospitals are ripping off my provider...$50 for a pack of tylenol (2 tablets) that was a free sample etc...
