Yeah - it wasn't aimed at anyone in particular - it just never ceases to amaze me that no matter what forum I go to there are always some who seem to think that if they have a huge post count then that's just great.
I fail to see it myself. The number of posts bears no reflection on how good or bad a member of any particular forum is. To be homnest Morty could remove the post count altogether and I probably wouldn't even noticed that it had gone, that's how little I care about post counts.
The music forum that I moderate on used to actually have a section for people to post in and congratulate each other on how many posts they had made, and thereby boosting their numbers even further.
Just don't see the attraction in it myself.
