Just a thought

Try this, not sure how the Yahoo thing remembers to place itself or not, but incase it has something to do with cookies or cache or something, give this a try.

Top of this screen, click TOOLS, then INTERNET OPTIONS.

First screen that appears there are several buttons. Click all of these.

CLEAR HISTORY
DELETE COOKIES
DELETE FILES
With the DELETE FILES, its going to ask if you want to delete OFFLINE stuff, say YES.

Close your internet explorer window so no form of internet browsers are open. Now reopen internet explorer and set your Yahoo button so that it stays on the toolbar like you want. Click around the net, and close out. And reopen and hopefully it will stay there.

If it doesn't, it means that Yahoo button has some sort of preference setting where you currently do not have it set to AUTOMATICALLY load when Internet Explorer is opened or something like that.

All else fails, go to Yahoo and reinstall the Yahoo toolbar all over again. Maybe a file is bad.
