Why are Women genetically incapable of putting the toilet seat down themselves??

They go fucking crazy if Men forget to put it down and yet men never go crazy when they go in and it's down we just lift the fucking lid...it's not difficult to do.

So if we men can manage to lift the lid with no complications, why can't women put it down??
