I do not believe on mars. As it cannot sustain life {we would be there already with our fancy buildings..Kinda like the 5th Element{my fav movie} however I think in futher off planets there may be. Ones we have not explored yet...Hell I think Ive chatted with a few of them before...
I have however when I lived in Texs me and Jason were driving home and on the horizon{the sun was just going down} a silver disk came up over the hill kinda hovered and then in a flash it went into the sky not stright up but as a jet at take off very fast and sideways..Did we see something IDK Jason swears we did..
