Okie Dokie....So I was looking for a vdeo tape the other day and in doing so I found a video of Purple Dragon's husband's, (who I guess is my step-dad we just don't really call him that, he's just Bazz), 40th Birthday Party. This was February 1996.
It was kind of a joint party as Kelly was 20 just 4 days after his 40th and so any excuse to get a pub full of people and party on down. And as a lot of the rambles have been kinda gloomy and about shitty luck as of late, I thought I'd lighten the mood a little and let you all laugh at me and my family.
That and the fact I wanted a chance to use my fancy new MTW titles that I made...

Quality on some of the video quality isn't amazing as it's ripped from VHS to DVD to PC, but you get the idea.
So this first clip is from right before the party gets started and I used this clip as it features both my Grandparents. If you watch towards the end of this you'll see a skinny me with short hair wearing leather bikers trousers....yes you read that correctly. The girl in the striped top is my cousin Joanne who 10 years later would be doing a "nip slip" at his 50th....

Now, as if further proof were needed that white people can't dance.......
At this point it's worth mentioning that we were all waiting for my Gran to go home. We had no problem with my Granda, he liked a drink, but let's just say that my Gran.....not the life and soul of the party. Watch my face in this next clip as she lectures me on why I shouldn't drink beer directly from the bottle because rats piss on them, so I cave in and put the beer in a glass. I think my face says it all really....
