Well after next to no sleep last night I am back at work bright and early and thought I'd fill everyone in on the nights outcome..........

My wife found some suspicious items in his room yesterday and called me at work about them. Well it just so happens that last Friday night when I got home I found out that the house across the street and the one next to me had be broken into and computers, watches, money, cell phones, ect had been taken in each home. One of the items that my wife found was a laptop under his mattress. I went home, looked over the items and went right to his parole officer to report everything. They showed little if any intrest so that's when I decided to call the police myself and have them come to my house and collect the items.

After interviewing him for close to 2 hours they had my wife and I come in to the house and let us know what charges he was now facing.
1. Felony Burglary
2. Felony Conspiracy
3. Felony Posession of stolen items
4. Violating his probation...........mind you that just started this last month!

In short........his probation will likely be revoked, he will then have to serve his full 3 year sentence in juvenille hall and then to jail after he turns 18 in 3 months and also face the time for the new charges.

It wasn't easy turning him in but I have to look out for the good of the rest of my family and I am not willing to jeopardize everything for his stupidity.
