YES! EXACTLY! in our house its better to leave it up, b/c my two little brothers can't aim for shit, so piss is all over the seat if you leave it down, and they will not lift it, so in our house it SHOULD be left up unless you need to sit. that does not happen, and i get left cleaning piss off the seat every time i need to do my bid'ness.
