Okay, I know you said you can't do a lotto due to federal laws and whatnot, but what if instead of putting money into a pot to split with MTW and the winner, with a dollar donation or whatever money you decide is right, you get a raffle ticket for a chance to win merchandise? That way, the money is a charitable donation, and it's not a whole lot at one time, and you still get something fun for it? You can do a raffle once a month or every two weeks, that way there is plenty of time for everyone to purchase their ticket.

Just a thought.
